The Exec are elected on by the members each year and there's normally a 50% turnover from one year to the next due to some members leaving to go to university, so anyone can stand for elections which take place around September.
If you have any questions about the way the Unit is run, any ideas for activities or any other issues you wish to raise about anything Unit-related or not, they're there to represent the membership as a whole and can take issues into their own hands and/or pass on to the leadership team and make things happen! They're all very approachable so just grab one of them for a chat if you need to.

Do YOU want to join the web team? Ben Nuttall has done all the hard work, now all that needs doing is updating the site on a regular basis (news, programme, calendar, etc.) which is all very easy to do and no knowledge of website design is required - updating the site is as easy as using a blog or Facebook. If you want to help out (the more people there are, the easier it will be and the more regularly the site will get updated), just have a word with Richard Garrett or one of the web team, or drop Ben an email.
